Level 2

Chill Metal can work on Stone and Bone Weapons

Heat Metal can effect Stone and Bone Weapons

Tree Shape can also take the form of a Cactus.

Allfood is banned.

River Whip is banned.

Level 3

Aqueous Orb is banned.

Hydraulic Torrent is a torrent of sand.

Level 4

Geyser water is to hot to drink, and disappears when the spell ends.

Globe of Tranquil Water is banned.

Grove of Respite makes a small grove, but no small spring.

Scrying does not provide a level of knowledge about an area for an effective teleport. You can not teleport to a scryed upon area based only on the scry.

Level 5

Oasis only produces 2 gallons of water a day, due to the scarcity of water under the ground.

Teleport can only move you 1 mile per every 2 caster levels. In addition, teleport makes a loud noise that can be clearly head by most creatures.

Level 6

Level 7

Control Water requires a Caster Level check to use, DC set based on the area you are currently in.

Scrying, Greater does not provide a level of knowledge about an area for an effective teleport. You can not teleport to a scryed upon area based only on the scry.

Teleport, Greater can teleport you up to 2 miles away per caster level with no chance of mistake.

Level 8

Level 9

Tsunami instead creates sand. All other effects are the same.
